We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our team onsite in Swanzey, NH.

About the Role:

The Procurement Clerk will provide essential administrative and logistical support to our Procurement Team. This role is critical to ensuring efficient handling of shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and order processing activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving

  • Handle daily outgoing shipments: confirm client addresses, pack equipment, and provide tracking updates.
  • Manage any shipment issues with UPS or other carriers.
  • Receive and check in all incoming shipments.
  • Update NetSuite to reflect received items.
  • Label equipment and identify associated projects.
  • Update project tickets accordingly.

Inventory Tracking & Client Support

  • Track and manage client spare laptop inventory held at Visory’s Swanzey facility.
  • Monitor current stock levels and identify when inventory is low.
  • Coordinate with clients to initiate refresh orders when needed.
  • Document where equipment has been deployed to minimize ad hoc client inquiries.
  • Pull inventory for replacement requests and new user onboarding.

Procurement & Administrative Support

  • Assist with quote requests initiated by the Service Desk or Procurement Board.
  • Support the PC support renewal process by identifying end-of-support devices and engaging clients for renewal or replacement.
  • Follow up on outstanding Statements of Work (SOWs) to help advance projects and reduce CRM workload.
  • Create and process Service Orders, freeing senior team members to focus on new business opportunities.
  • Enter new client information into NetSuite and ensure proper syncing with ConnectWise (CW) to support seamless project kickoff.
  • Prepare and distribute internal announcements and documents related to closed sales.
  • Create Sales Orders and Purchase Orders for all approved quotes and SOWs.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative, logistics, or procurement-related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to lift and pack computer equipment as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.

Reporting

  • This position reports to the Procurement Team Manager.



Compensation: $46,000-50,000
