About the Role:

As an Area Director of Field Operations at SteriCUBE, you will lead a team of SteriCUBE Specialists to drive product adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, and help hospitals and surgical centers optimize their sterile processing workflows. Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facilities, guiding them through pre-assessment, implementation, and ongoing product utilization to ensure maximum effectiveness.

As a leader, you will manage a high-performing team of SteriCUBE Specialists. Under your leadership, the team will ensure seamless product deployment and identify opportunities for growth and enhanced usage. Proactive in their approach, your team will focus on identifying customer needs, addressing challenges, and resolving issues efficiently to improve customer retention and long-term success with the SteriCUBE System. What YOU will be doing:

  • Leadership & Team Management: You will train, lead, and mentor a team of SteriCUBE product specialists, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving the widespread adoption of the SteriCUBE system.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and users at customer organizations.
  • Product Adoption: Ensure customers are getting maximum value from the SteriCUBE by supporting their workflows and guiding them through operational and process challenges.
  • Product Utilization: Monitor filter usage and adoption and a facility level to identify opportunities for increased utilization and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Pre-Implementation Assessment: Perform onsite assessment of customer sites to understand current OR and SPD workflows, align on implementation targets, and design workflow solutions with the customer that will enable seamless utilization of the SteriCUBE system.
  • Customer Implementation: Provide onsite support in successfully implementing the SteriCUBE system including on-boarding the SteriCUBE product specialist, training the facility staff, and process harmonization.
  • In-Services and Training: Provide training sessions and resources to ensure customers understand how to use the SteriCUBE effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Field Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience that maximizes value and drives adoption of SteriCUBE.
  • Management System: Actively engage and participate in the SteriCUBE management system, establishing Customer Success plans and communicating updates accordingly.

 

The Basics:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the medical device industry and/or hospital setting. Experience in operating room and sterile processing workflows preferred.
  • Customer Relationship Experience: Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver an elevated level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to Travel: 50-75%
