Position Summary
The Associate Director of Human Resources plays a key role in shaping an engaging and high-performing work environment. This individual will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance management, and payroll, while supporting systems and processes that ensure strong team operations and alignment with organizational values.
Key Responsibilities
— Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and support top talent
— Oversee benefits administration, payroll, and personnel file maintenance, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
— Drive employee engagement strategies and performance review cycles, with an emphasis on team development and hybrid work support
Qualifications
— Significant HR experience with a track record of leading core functions, including recruiting, performance management, and compliance
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace
— Familiarity with HR systems and payroll platforms; comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $100,000 to $115,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
