Position Summary
The Membership Data Analyst will manage and analyze complex datasets related to membership trends, engagement, and industry insights. This position plays a key role in helping the organization grow and retain its member base through data-driven decision making. The role is remote, with occasional travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
— Maintain and update membership databases, gather relevant market and member data, and manage key association systems
— Analyze membership behavior, track trends, and generate reports and visualizations to guide strategic decision-making
— Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on data projects, supporting cross-functional initiatives and business development goals
Qualifications
— 10+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or membership roles within financial services or a member-driven organization
— Proficiency with Excel and data tools such as SQL, R, or Tableau; familiarity with NetForum and data visualization software is a plus
— Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
