Position Summary 

The Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position also includes responsibilities related to office services and facilities, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
— Provide executive-level support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation
— Coordinate office services, facilities, and vendor management to ensure an organized and well-maintained work environment
— Support logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, events, and special projects, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up

Qualifications
— Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior executives with proven ability to manage complex priorities
— Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
— Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with discretion handling sensitive information

Compensation 

Our client has set a base salary range of $80,000 to $90,000.

This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
