Position Summary
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at the organization’s headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Administration, this individual will manage reception responsibilities, provide clerical and administrative assistance, and support day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
— Greet and welcome guests, manage the front desk area, and maintain a professional and organized appearance.
— Answer, screen, and route calls and messages, as well as manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
— Provide logistical and administrative support including scheduling conference rooms, managing supplies, coordinating catering and office orders, setting up virtual meetings, and assisting with projects as needed.
Qualifications
— High school diploma required; additional education or certifications a plus.
— Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role; professional services or legal environment preferred, but not required.
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
