Position Summary 

The Associate, HR & Administration supports the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and general administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in enhancing organizational efficiency and employee experience through thoughtful coordination and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities 

— Provide support for recruiting, onboarding, HRIS updates, and benefits administration
— Maintain personnel files and internal HR documentation; create reports and presentations as needed
— Assist with payroll coordination and contribute to office operations and internal events

Qualifications 

— Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, with relevant HR experience
— Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
— High emotional intelligence, discretion, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation 

Our client has set a base salary range of $45,000 to $50,000.

This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
