Position Summary
The Operations Analyst supports the operations team through data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role is critical in identifying trends, resolving variances, and improving financial and operational outcomes by delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
— Analyze operational data to develop forecasts and recommend solutions
— Prepare dashboards, performance metrics, and financial reports
— Partner cross-functionally to support to ensure data accuracy and effective communication
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field
— 1–3 years of experience in financial planning, business operations, or reporting
— Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; healthcare experience a plus
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
