Position Summary
The Operations Associate (or Coordinator, dependent on experience) supports the day-to-day functions of a dynamic headquarters office. This role serves as a front-facing representative of the organization and is integral to office administration, intern program coordination, and on-site event execution
Key Responsibilities
— Manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for staff and guests, and ensure smooth coordination with vendors and building services
— Support logistics for meetings and events, including room setup, catering, hybrid tech, and on-site hospitality
— Assist with internship program administration, shared office space coordination, and supply and facility upkeep
Qualifications
— Prior experience in office administration, event coordination, or front desk management preferred
— Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
— Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs, managing in-person office tasks, and working on site up to five days per week
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $50,000 to $65,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
