Position Summary
The Administrative Receptionist provides front desk and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This full-time, onsite role is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
— Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services
— Maintain office and kitchen inventory, coordinate with building management, and oversee cleanliness of shared spaces
— Provide general administrative support, including conference room scheduling, document scanning, and contact list updates
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of administrative or receptionist experience
— Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to lift up to 25 lbd as needed
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $55,000 to $75,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
