Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated support to the Chief People Officer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through calendar coordination, communication management, and project oversight. This role demands high discretion, strong judgment, and a proactive mindset, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to people-focused initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
— Manage a complex calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
— Prepare materials, track deliverables, and follow up on action items related to HR leadership priorities
— Liaise with internal teams and external partners, supporting initiatives related to talent, culture, and organizational development
Qualifications
— Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior HR leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
— Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Zoom)
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
