Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will support a small team within the organization’s government affairs function, providing high-level administrative coordination. This role requires excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
Key Responsibilities
— Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders
— Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa/passport requirements
— Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and maintain organized records in internal systems
Qualifications
— At least 8 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to multiple senior stakeholders
— Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with a high level of discretion
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur or other travel/expense systems preferred
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $120,000 to $160,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
