Position Summary
The Podcast Manager will oversee the end-to-end production of a growing portfolio of audio and video podcasts. This role blends editorial planning, technical execution, and guest coordination, supporting content with national and international reach.
Key Responsibilities
— Manage all stages of podcast production, from planning and recording to editing, publishing, and analytics tracking
— Coordinate guest scheduling, briefing materials, and studio operations while ensuring brand consistency across platforms
— Collaborate with internal teams on promotional strategies, content planning, and performance reporting
Qualifications
— 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in podcasting or digital media production
— Proficiency in platforms like Adobe Audition, Riverside.fm, and podcast distribution tools; experience with studio setups
— Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills; comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
