Position Summary
The Business Development Analyst supports strategic growth through the creation of financial models and operational analysis to evaluate new business opportunities. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership to develop pro formas, assess market trends, and drive informed decision-making that aligns with the organization's expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
— Develop financial pro formas to support new business proposals, including revenue modeling and provider compensation analysis
— Partner with business development and revenue cycle teams to evaluate hospital and surgery center data, forecast utilization, and identify growth opportunities
— Maintain detailed records of proposals and assist with client presentation materials, strategic reporting, and sales operations support
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
— 1–2 years of experience in an analyst role, ideally within the healthcare industry
— Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/database tools
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
