Position Summary
This position provides comprehensive executive support to senior leadership, with a primary focus on calendar, travel, and expense coordination. The Executive Assistant will also support broader office operations and contribute to internal events and team activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
— Coordinate calendars, book meetings, and manage domestic and international travel logistics
— Handle expense reporting, event planning, and internal meeting preparation
— Provide light office management support, including vendor coordination and guest hosting
Qualifications
— 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives in fast-paced settings
— Highly organized and digitally fluent, with proficiency in calendar and document management tools
— Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; capable of handling confidential information with professionalism
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
