Position Summary
The Business Development Representative supports the company's ambitious growth strategy by generating qualified leads, advancing new partnership opportunities, and contributing to a high-performing business development function. This role involves prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and working cross-functionally to bring opportunities from initial outreach through proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
— Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound outreach, developing interest in prospective partnerships
— Collaborate with internal teams to manage opportunities through the sales process, including data exchange, proposal development, and RFP submissions
— Track key performance metrics in Salesforce and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to advance growth initiatives
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
— 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
— Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing full sales cycles and building relationships in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
