Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a key member of the senior leadership team. This hybrid role involves managing complex schedules, sensitive information, and communications with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
— Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel, track expenses, and maintain confidential records and correspondence
— Support communications with policymakers, government officials, and industry leaders; anticipate and respond to evolving needs
— Execute department operations including reporting, meeting coordination, and office planning across North America
Qualifications
— At least 10 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior-level administrative role
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP or workforce management tools
— Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate political environments
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
