Position Summary
The Director of Revenue Accounting is a strategic finance leader responsible for revenue recognition, optimization, and AR oversight in alignment with GAAP and healthcare standards. This cross-functional role partners with teams across Operations, Legal, Commercial, and FP&A to ensure financial clarity, contract integrity, and effective revenue forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
— Lead revenue recognition, forecasting, and contract analysis while ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific accounting standards
— Oversee AR strategy, billing, and collections to optimize cash flow and align with revenue goals
— Drive financial reporting, automation initiatives, and internal controls that enhance transparency and efficiency
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; healthcare revenue experience required
— 7+ years of experience in revenue accounting, including 4+ years of leadership
— Expertise in modeling, AR strategy, contract structuring, and cross-functional collaboration
Compensation
Our client has set a base salary range of $140,000 to $160,000.
This range is a good faith estimate and may be modified depending on factors such as experience, skills, and educational background. The client retains ultimate responsibility for crafting the offer.
