A multi-disciplinary design firm is seeking a Project Manager to help them lead projects at their design firm located at their Seattle, WA office.

Your Day Includes:

• Managing the design team to ensure project objectives are met
• Achieving financial performance targets and overseeing project billing
• Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, the team, and consultants
• Assisting with fee proposals and participating in strategic discussions
• Supervising staff during the construction phase and addressing building regulations

Must Haves:

• 5 or 6-year accredited professional degree in architecture
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale multi-family residential buildings
• Knowledge of local zoning ordinances, AIA standard contracts and technical expertise in building systems and material assemblies
