Your sourcing expertise will help shape the future of the built environment—right from our Vancouver, WA office.

Your Day Includes

• Sourcing AEC professionals via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks

• Cold calling and directly reaching out to passive candidates to schedule interviews

• Partnering with recruiters to understand specific technical needs

• Evaluating candidate fit based on experience, skills, and industry knowledge

• Creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified AEC talent

Must Haves

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in the AEC or technical space

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with G-Suite, sourcing tools, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter
