A full-service, Design-Build general contractor specializing in addressing building defects and water intrusion damage across various building types is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to lead a crew of skilled carpenters on high-quality construction projects at their Concord, CA office. Your expertise will help ensure timely project execution, superior craftsmanship, and safety compliance.

Your Day Includes

• Leading and coordinating a team of carpenters and other tradespeople.
• Interpreting blueprints and planning daily tasks for the team.
• Performing hands-on carpentry tasks such as framing and trim work.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Managing safety protocols and overseeing the proper use of tools and materials.

Must Haves

• 8+ years of carpentry experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and manage multiple tasks.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
