A general contracting company is seeking a Waterproofer with carpentry experience to help them ensure the structural integrity of their projects by preventing water damage and providing carpentry services in the San Francisco Bay area.

Your Day Includes

• Installing WRB and flashing/metal

• Identifying and remediating water intrusion

• Identifying growth/dry rot and reporting to the manager

• Conducting wood and metal framing, cutting, shaping lumber and other materials, and installing fixtures such as trim, baseboard, casing, and doors

• Repairing and installing windows, drywall, insulation, and other fixtures

Must Haves

• 5+ years of solid carpentry experience

• Experience with SAMS and Westcoat installation/removal

• Knowledge in identifying water intrusion and remediation
