A small developer with an in-house design studio is seeking a Senior Project Architect and lead High-End Residential projects while collaborating with a dynamic team of architects, designers, and consultants at their Los Angeles office.

Your Day Includes:

• Managing multiple projects, serving as the primary client contact.
• Overseeing project development from concept through construction.
• Ensuring technical excellence in construction documentation and design standards.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting project delivery.
• Collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.

Must Haves:

• Licensed Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 15+ years of experience in architecture, focusing on technical delivery.
• Expertise in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
