A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Accountant to help them maintain top-notch customer service for all accounting-related tasks at their Mesa, AZ office.

This position can also be out of Dallas, TX, San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, TX.

Your Day Includes:

• Building client relationships both internally and externally

• Reviewing and preparing contracts and insurance certificates

• Processing invoices and finalizing the billing cycle

• Communicating with internal Project Managers and Principals and clients

• Presenting monthly project financials to branch office managers

Must Haves:

• 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field

• 2 years of accounting experience

• Familiarity with Deltek
