An internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to help them deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment at their Portland, OR office. Your Day Includes Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard accepted methods Perform detailed phases of engineering work on major projects or total engineering work on projects of smaller or moderate scope Devise new approaches and solutions to problems encountered and communicate changes to the team Supervise and coordinate the work of less experienced engineers and designers and be responsible for checking a portion or all of the drawings completed on the project within the discipline Write portions or all of the specifications and assist in or prepare total cost estimates Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Engineering EIT/FE required PE or PE-tracked preferred, plus two (2) or more years of experience as an Engineer 3 or the same educational, certification, and registration requirements as above with five (5) or more years of related practical experience with former employer(s) required Must have 4-6 years of experience and be able to independently lead a project Must have HVAC and Piping design experience Revit experience and able to independently model if required preferred
