An industry-leading engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and land use planning is seeking a Civil Project Manager to help them exceed client needs through superior quality and innovation at their Olympia, WA office.

Your Day Includes

• Overseeing design, reporting, and planning for residential and commercial development sites.
• Managing design and technical staff, setting deadlines, and assisting in project work.
• Engaging with senior management and clients to ensure project success.
• Conducting site grading, road design, and stormwater management.
• Preparing specifications, engineers’ estimates, and reviewing monthly invoices.

Must Haves

• BS degree in Civil Engineering; MS preferred.
• Washington State PE license.
• 8+ years of civil engineering design experience.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
