A small design firm is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This firm develops small real estate projects in Los Angeles, and works primarily with developers to provide design services for Adaptive Reuse and High-End Single Family Residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work on both Single-Family and Adaptive reuse projects
• Lead projects with minimal supervision, and collaborate with the team and staff for certain processes
• Successfully interface and communicate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
• Work independently and bring projects from Schematic Phase, Design Documentation, Construction Documentation (in Revit), Construction Administration, and Permitting
• Mentor junior staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an architecture firm
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school
• Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Licensure preferred, but not required
