A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Testing Lead, to help support their work in building envelope testing at their Palo Alto, CA office.

Your Day Includes:

• Conducting field reviews of new construction and rehabilitation projects to confirm compliance with approved mock-ups and design documents.

• Preparing site visit reports and tracking the resolution of outstanding deficiencies.

• Performing periodic site observations and field testing.

• Undertaking assessments of existing buildings and preparing building envelope assessment reports.

Must Haves:

• A degree in engineering, architecture, or science, preferably with a background in building science.

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including performing leak testing.

• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of standard practices, current literature, and recent developments in engineering, rain screen principles, air barriers, and thermal performance.
