A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Testing Technician to help them ensure the performance and quality of their building envelope testing projects at their Dallas, TX office.

Your Day Includes:

• Conducting field reviews of new construction and rehabilitation projects to confirm compliance with design documents and approved mock-ups

• Preparing site visit reports and tracking the resolution of outstanding deficiencies

• Conducting periodic site observations and field testing

• Representing the firm at external client meetings

• Performing assessments of existing buildings and preparing building envelope assessment reports

Must Haves:

• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of standard practices in engineering and building envelope testing

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong commitment to customer service

• Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
