HR MANAGER

On Behalf Of our client, we are looking for a human resource manager, with Experience in the Hospitality Industry and Have a good knowledge of labor law

 

Main Responsibilities

• This is done through recruitment, to hire the right person for the right job
• Focus on development - relating to upskilling and education, counselling and coaching.
• Creation and dissemination of information in a Employee HR Handbook which covers Policies and Procedures
• Maintain relationships with external employment agencies
• Keep abreast of government policies, procedures and regulations
• Keep abreast of and in touch with (health) insurance companies and other relevant organizations.
• Work closely with Management and HOD and Managers of all departments as the HR advisor
• Be a leader in engendering and growing a culture of mutual respect, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

 

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

• Preferably a degree in the area of Human Resources or Psychology
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Experience with working in an international environment
• Experience in the Hospitality Industry
• Experience with assessing people
• Good teaching skills
• Methodical and systems driven
• Proficiency in English
