HR MANAGER
On Behalf Of our client, we are looking for a human resource manager, with Experience in the Hospitality Industry and Have a good knowledge of labor law
Main Responsibilities
- This is done through recruitment, to hire the right person for the right job
- Focus on development - relating to upskilling and education, counselling and coaching.
- Creation and dissemination of information in a Employee HR Handbook which covers Policies and Procedures
- Maintain relationships with external employment agencies
- Keep abreast of government policies, procedures and regulations
- Keep abreast of and in touch with (health) insurance companies and other relevant organizations.
- Work closely with Management and HOD and Managers of all departments as the HR advisor
- Be a leader in engendering and growing a culture of mutual respect, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Preferably a degree in the area of Human Resources or Psychology
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Experience with working in an international environment
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Experience with assessing people
- Good teaching skills
- Methodical and systems driven
- Proficiency in English
