CORPORATE SALESPERSON

On Behalf of our Client we are looking for a Corporate Salesperson for, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and drive sales within the corporate sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying their needs, and providing them with tire solutions and workshop services. Your ultimate goal will be to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Present and promote the company's tire products and workshop services to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitable sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including fleet managers, purchasing departments, and decision-makers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, marketing, and technical support, to meet client expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's tire products, including their specifications, features, and applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the tire industry.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to corporate clients regarding tire selection, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and their employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of tire products, tire specifications, and workshop services.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Swahili.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
