Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Tender Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities through effective tendering processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or tender management.

Location: Dar es Salaam


  • Lead the end-to-end process of preparing, submitting, and managing tenders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for tender responses.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform bid strategies.
  • Provide insights on pricing and positioning to enhance competitiveness.
  • Create compelling and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to incorporate key messaging and value propositions.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines in all tender submissions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor tender responses accordingly.
  • Attend industry events to network and identify potential opportunities.
  • Track and analyze the success rates of tender submissions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the tendering process and implement necessary adjustments.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or tender management.
  • Strong understanding of the tendering process and associated documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
