We are looking for an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include driving sales for our consumer goods, developing and maintaining robust client relationships, and ensuring the achievement and surpassing of sales targets.
Location: Dodoma
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Experience: Proven track record in FMCG sales (beverage - water).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development based on market demands.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to support inventory planning.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders to strengthen the company's market position.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Assess customer feedback and preferences to drive product improvements.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in FMCG.
- In-depth knowledge of distribution channels and supply chain management.
- Ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
