KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in a pharmaceutical company is a must.
• Visiting pharmacies and medicine wholesalers.
• Visiting hospitals
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals, providing training, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical industry stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
• Manage the sales budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI and profitability.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics in Tanzania.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
