JOB TITLE: EVENTS Sales and Marketing Manager

EXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 years in renting out halls for weddings, conference rooms, buffets and all other events
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our events team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the event rental industry and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase event bookings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships
Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor activity
Create and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, etc.) to drive awareness and engagement
Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction
Prepare and manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze data to inform decision-making
Lead and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in event sales and marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
