We are seeking a talented and highly creative Digital Marketer & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and an exceptional eye for design. As part of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic through compelling content creation and innovative digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually compelling digital assets, including posters, flyers, infographics, social media graphics, and video content for campaigns across different platforms.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase engagement across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events. Analyse results and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging. Maintain a consistent and cohesive aesthetic across all marketing materials.
- Track performance metrics for content and campaigns, generating regular reports to provide insights and inform future strategies.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive in the market.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and design. (Females are encourage to apply)
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, detail, and layout.
- Experience in running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in digital marketing and content creation is required.
- Passionate about digital trends and innovation.
- Results-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
