About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead their growth initiatives and drive success. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong financial acumen, expertise in tender processes, and a passion for building strategic business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.
  • Tender Management: Prepare, write, and submit high-quality tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new clients to expand the organization’s portfolio.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in industries requiring tender processes.
  • Proven expertise in preparing and managing tender documentation.
  • Strong financial background with the ability to analyze and interpret market and financial data.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in tender software being a distinct advantage.
