We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewelry Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and managerial skills, be trustworthy, and have a passion for luxury goods.

 

 

Education: Education to a certain level, preferably in marketing or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Other Qualification: Must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewelry store, including sales, inventory management, and customer relations.
• Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Ensure the security and proper handling of high-value gemstones and other merchandise.
• Hire, train, and supervise store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and objectives for the store.

 

Requirements:                                                   

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy and reliable with a high level of integrity.
• Knowledgeable about gemstones and jewelry trends.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Fluent in English proficiency in additional languages such as Swahili, Arabic, or Asian languages is an advantage.
• Must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Education to a certain level, preferably in marketing or a related field.
