RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize Tally Prime software to accurately record and maintain financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support with data analysis and provide insights to aid in decision-making processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
• Accurately input financial data into the accounting system, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems for financial documents and records.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inaccuracies or inconsistencies in financial records.
• Generate and distribute financial reports and statements as required, utilizing data from the accounting system.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering and presenting relevant financial data and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent graduate with a Tally Prime Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• proven working experience in any accounting field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
• Legal authorization to work in Tanzania.
