We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative specializing in animal science, your expertise in animal science and strong sales acumen will enable you to provide exceptional service and support to the clients, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to customers in the mills and poultry industry.

Education: Diploma in Animal Science or related field is required.

Experience: Proven experience in mills and poultry sectors

Location: Iringa, Tanzania

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the mills and poultry industry.
• Identify and understand customers' needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay current on industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to overall company growth.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as required.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to expand the company’s market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Animal Science or related field is required.
• Proven experience in mills and poultry sectors.
• Strong understanding of animal nutrition and husbandry practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
