Position: Enhancement Manager
Location: Brunswick, GA
Compensation: $60-68k plus profit share ranging for $6-11k per year paid quarterly

Hours of Work: 6:30am to 5:30pm M-Th and then Friday is a day of Planning and Scheduling
Description: Our client is an $8 million landscape company servicing three markets in the SE part of Georgia and North Florida. Between all three locations, they do about $1.6 - 1.8mm in enhancements and this position will report to the Director of Support Services.
They will oversees 3 crews of 2-3 people and will be responsible for the scheduling, procurement of materials, managing labor hours, coordinating with subs when needed, training staff, motivating staff, hiring/firing, documenting jobs and purchase orders in the system and validating the quality of the work and the advancement of the projects. Projects can range from $500 to $130k but the sweet spot is $5-10k per project. Most of the work is soft scape installation but they do sub out concrete and hardscape work, heavy tree work and pine straw. This division supports all three locations and is based in the Brunswick Ga office.
They use Aspire Software to manage projects to include purchasing materials, manage labor hours, scheduling of projects, progress reports, costs, etc. so having someone who is computer literate is important.
