We are representing a top 10 Commercial Landscape company who wants to hire a proven sales executive who can hunt and close large corporate accounts. This landscape expert will aggressively grow our landscape maintenance and/or snow business by focusing on large accounts, $500k to over $1mm in annual spend. The territory is national meaning if one finds an opportunity in a key market that meets the sales criteria, the company will open and support a branch to fulfill the work. This person will identify and target corporate campuses, large HOA's, Schools and large facilities who are interested to outsource their landscape needs.These are multi-year contracts to provide a service for complicated service requirements as this company is experienced at organizing and deploying a strategy to fulfill the customers needs.
The Quota per year is $1.5mm in sales and they expect someone to take a few years before they are running at full speed although they want to hire someone who is able to create activity, set meetings, present services, estimate with delivery group and close deals.
Commissions are paid on a sliding scale per contract, multiyear.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Represent company in professional groups/associations that foster new
Creation of profitable customer relationships
Business Development - soliciting new commercial maintenance contracts for Homeowner’s Associations, industrial or commercial clients
Attend meetings as required by customers
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Proven track record of selling commercial service contracts (B2B), preferable landscape maintenance

Total compensation is uncapped. The top sales rep makes over $200k per year.
