Our client is a one of the largest commercial landscape companies in the US. They provide commercial landscape services for Office Buildings, Corporate Campuses, Airports, Municipalities, Military Bases and other large facilities in key markets across the US.
They are searching for a Sr. level Business Developer who can prospect and close new multiyear service agreements. This is a Hunter type of position and although the position is based in El Paso, the territory is not limited to the local market.
This position will be able to utilize internal support staff when it comes to writing bids and general pricing however this person will be the point person to manage the entire sales cycle up to a successful conclusion.
Using CRM software, Excel, Word and Powerpoint will be very important.
Having the ability to follow up on leads, build rapport, hit value points and drive the sales cycle is very important.
We are not looking for just another sales person but rather someone who has had demonstrated success with sales who will help to propel the revenue growth of the company.
Candidates who come from the Landscape or Facilities Maintenance industry will be preferred but the key attribute is to have the ability to sell services and to have the drive to succeed.
The position provides a Base Salary, generous residual commission program, Health Insurance, Cell, Laptop, PTO, Etc.
