Our client is an award winning commercial landscape company that has years of experience servicing the Western Michigan market.
They are searching for an Account Manager to manage a book of clients in the Grand Rapids market. This person will oversee a $1-2mm book to include landscape maintenance services and snow removal services. They will focus on developing and maintaining relations with the client, property inspections, selling enhancement services, renewal of contracts and quality control. They will coordinate with the Operations Manager to discuss any topics about specific properties to make sure the service provided fulfills the contracts.
Clients consist of Commercial properties, HOA's, Healthcare facilities and Condominium projects.
An ideal candidate will have experience as an Account Manager in the Green Industry.
The company offers a base salary plus commissions and health benefits. A vehicle is provided but is not a take home vehicle. The top account managers earn around $90k while a first year one will make around $60k as they learn their properties and sell enhancements. It is expected that commissions on average will be $15-20k per year using a sliding scale.
