Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

Our client is a well established company who has provided Construction and Reconstruction services for the Atlanta market over the past 15 years.

They are looking to bring on a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator who can support the business developers with a variety of tasks.  These tasks include creating presentations, coordinating events, writing reports, managing social media and email campaigns, designing marketing materials and providing support for the sales team.

$50-55k base salary plus bonus of $8 -12k per year.
Commissions are paid bi-weekly

Job Description:

  • Analyze market conditions, competitor information, and efficiency of marketing plans
  • Responsible for all digital marketing efforts: Social media management, email campaigns, association/industry sponsorships, website maintenance, etc.
  • Plan and execute all client events and collaborate with business development team on event scheduling and budgeting
  • Coordinate B2B accounts and client/prospect activities building brand awareness through relationships and events
  • Create content & design materials for digital marketing pieces and sales collateral; email, social media, WordPress website, professional publications, brochures, proposals, etc.
  • Track ROI through search engine marketing efforts by creating, managing and modifying Google Ads and additional lead generation accounts and interfaces
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • Manage and integrate customer CRM database to support sales team and improve prospecting and sales tracking/reporting
  • Maintain new and returning accounts through updating and improving client portal communication system
  • Create and publish client proposals utilized by company as sales and customer retention tool
