BraveView has been engaged to recruit a Project Manager by a leading Reconstruction firm with over 30 years of servicing the Atlanta market.
This position will manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects to repair properties that have experienced an unexpected loss (i.e. water, mold, fire). Almost all of these projects involve insurance claims therefore the need to follow the scope of work and documentation are very important.
This position will interact with homeowners, property managers, facility managers, subcontractors, estimators, adjusters, and other team members.
This position will manage subcontractors of various experience, expertise, and skillsets while ensuring that construction details and codes are followed.
The project manager will help create project timelines, communicate timeline and job updates to clients, ensure timeline remains on target, follow up on required documentation (i.e. getting change orders signed, getting selection sheets signed), and keep files, dates, and notes updated in the project management software.
This position requires someone to be highly organized, to have the ability to handle multiple projects at any given time, to communicate well with all parties involved, set expectations, and deliver results.
Projects will range from $15k to $100k depending on what is contracted and there is no shortage of work. It is expected that this will be a 60 hour a week job and will require someone to be dedicated to getting things done right the first time.
An ideal candidate will have Project Management experience within the Residential/Commercial construction field, will be a professional with a strong work ethic and ability to represent the company well in front of Customers, Sub Contractors, and Adjusters.
The compensation is a Base Salary with bonus based upon hitting schedule and profit metrics, company vehicle (take home), lap top, cell, health insurance allowance, etc.
