The Role: Regional Sales Director – West

We’re seeking a proven Regional Sales Director to lead a team of six Territory Managers across the Western U.S. In this field-based role, you’ll drive regional sales strategy, coach and develop your team, and build deep partnerships with distributor reps and key health systems. You’ll thrive here if you love rolling up your sleeves to drive results and grow market share in a competitive, high-opportunity space.

 

What You’ll Own:

  • Set and execute regional sales strategy to exceed growth targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 reps to hit MBOs and sales plans
  • Build strong partnerships with distributor reps, regional managers, and IDNs
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates to executive leadership
  • Develop quarterly spiffs/incentives to drive short- and long-term growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and accelerate sales
  • Attend key trade shows and industry events to represent the region
  • Submit timely reports, manage budgets, and own performance metrics

 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in team leadership
  • Proven track record building high-performance, results-driven sales teams
  • Experience working with distributor partners strongly preferred
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, “lead from the front” mentality
  • High integrity, strong communicator, and highly accountable
  • Ability to travel ~60% across the Western U.S.
