What You'll Tackle:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.

  • Proactively generate leads through in-person and phone cold calling.

  • Drive customers through the sales cycle by addressing inquiries, performing product demos, and overcoming objections.

  • Represent the company at conventions and industry events to build brand awareness and relationships.

  • Close high-value sales opportunities, leveraging emotional connections and cross-selling strategies.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and sales partners to optimize performance and achieve shared sales goals.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity reports through CRM (Salesforce) and provide regular updates to leadership.

  • Develop strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and private practice physicians.

  • Support and mentor Territory Sales Managers, assisting in deal closures and professional development.

What's Needed to Win:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with 2+ years of experience (medical, capital sales, or related field preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to retain and convey large amounts of information.

  • Strong initiative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and a team-oriented approach.

This Corp to Corp role offers a base salary in the $65-75K CAD range, attractive commissions, and a car allowance. All other benefits will need to be procured on your own. Interviewing Immediately. Please send your updated resume in Word format.
