We’re partnered with a high-growth global leader in hospital-based respiratory and critical care technology, and they’re making a major investment in their Los Angeles footprint. This is a rare opportunity to step into a warm, high-impact territory that includes Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, and CHLA—three of the most prestigious accounts in Southern California.

 

With a new Vizient contract, strong clinical backing, and an underdeveloped base of 30+ hospitals, the stage is set for a driven rep to make an immediate and meaningful impact. We’ve placed nearly 60 candidates with this client—including the hiring manager, who has a reputation for developing high-performing teams and someone we know you’ll love working with.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a defined hospital territory of ~30 accounts, including Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, and CHLA

  • Drive adoption of a clinically impactful technology platform across ED, critical care, and inpatient settings

  • Lead the entire sales process: from initial engagement through quoting, implementation, in-servicing, and long-term account growth

  • Build relationships with physicians, nurse leaders, clinical directors, and C-suite stakeholders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products, support key initiatives, and expand market presence

  • Host peer-to-peer and clinician education events to build loyalty and accelerate adoption

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of hospital sales experience (devices, diagnostics, capital, or biologics preferred)

  • Strong clinical aptitude with a consultative, value-based approach

  • Proven success in territory development and strategic account planning

  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large health systems

  • High energy, self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented

 

Territory Details

  • Focused on West L.A.
    Key accounts: Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, CHLA
    Geography: South to Long Beach, east to the 605, north to the 101
    – Includes ~30 hospitals and IDNs with significant growth opportunity

 

Compensation + Package

  • Base Salary: $100K–$115K

  • OTE: $190K–$210K+ (Top reps earning $300K+)

  • Bonus: 3-month commission guarantee

  • Extras: Company car, gas card, phone stipend, full medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with match

 

Why Now?

This territory is part of a strategic U.S. expansion fueled by national growth and territory realignment. The previous coverage was limited, and with a new Vizient contract now in place, the door is wide open for a top-tier hospital rep to take this market to the next level.
