With a new Vizient contract, strong clinical backing, and an underdeveloped base of 30+ hospitals, the stage is set for a driven rep to make an immediate and meaningful impact. We’ve placed nearly 60 candidates with this client—including the hiring manager, who has a reputation for developing high-performing teams and someone we know you’ll love working with.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a defined hospital territory of ~30 accounts, including Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, and CHLA
Drive adoption of a clinically impactful technology platform across ED, critical care, and inpatient settings
Lead the entire sales process: from initial engagement through quoting, implementation, in-servicing, and long-term account growth
Build relationships with physicians, nurse leaders, clinical directors, and C-suite stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products, support key initiatives, and expand market presence
Host peer-to-peer and clinician education events to build loyalty and accelerate adoption
Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years of hospital sales experience (devices, diagnostics, capital, or biologics preferred)
Strong clinical aptitude with a consultative, value-based approach
Proven success in territory development and strategic account planning
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large health systems
High energy, self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented

Focused on West L.A.
– Key accounts: Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, CHLA
– Geography: South to Long Beach, east to the 605, north to the 101
– Includes ~30 hospitals and IDNs with significant growth opportunity
Compensation + Package
Base Salary: $100K–$115K
OTE: $190K–$210K+ (Top reps earning $300K+)
Bonus: 3-month commission guarantee
