The Opportunity
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will play a pivotal role in building and leading the company’s growth across the West Coast region. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth, market expansion, and team leadership. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of sales management, attorney/law firm relationship-building, and team development, ideally within entrepreneurial or fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Growth: Build, train, and lead a team of outside and inside sales representatives across CA, AZ, NV (and broader West Coast markets).
- Revenue Ownership: Drive regional sales performance with team quotas totaling $250K–$300K+ per month, scaling over time.
- Attorney Engagement: Expand and maintain referral relationships with personal injury law firms and key decision makers (attorneys, paralegals, office managers).
- Business Development: Lead the team in attending legal events, networking functions, and trade shows to build market visibility and referral pipelines.
- Strategic Execution: Develop regional sales strategies, manage budgets, and leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to drive pipeline accuracy and sales performance.
- Team Development: Onboard new reps, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure team members deliver against sales targets.
- Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to align sales strategy with overall company goals and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of outside sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding team quotas.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams (4–8 reps).
- Demonstrated success in developing long-term relationships in professional services (attorneys, law firms, or comparable consultative sales).
- Strong strategic sales execution, including pipeline management, metrics, and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable networking, presenting, and engaging in professional social settings.
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited structure.
Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage budgets, sales records, and lead tracking.
